A second generation Master Plumber and Mechanical Contractor, Kenny Hart has more than thirty  years of experience in the mechanical fields. He currently chairs the Trades Division of the Alpha College of Real Estate located in Chesapeake, Virginia. He served on the Technical Committee for the American Society of Home Inspectors for three years, including one year as the chairman. He has served on their Membership Committee and Standards Committee as well. Kenny is experienced in all areas of the home inspection profession. His writings and contributions to trade journals and newspapers and his presentations to home inspector and real estate organizations have earned him the respect of his peers.

Kenny's presentations at the 2010 ASHI InspectionWorld will be his seventh appearance at the annual event. He was a presenter at the NAHI national conference in Las Vegas in 2007 and for three consecutive years he was a presenter at NACHI's annual event. During 2008 Kenny was a presenter at several ASHI Chapter events and provided the instruction for a two day event for the Central Tennessee Chapter of InterNACHI in Nashville. He most recently made presentations at the New England and Great Plains ASHI events.
